Aledonir
About the Practice

Foundations. Practice. Record.

Aledonir is a Bucharest-based dietary guidance practice operating since 2016. The studio maintains a documented record of every consultation — intake assessment, follow-up review, and seasonal plan revision are each archived with revision codes and dated entries.

The principal nutritionist holds a degree in Nutritional Science from the University of Bucharest and has completed post-graduate training in sports nutrition and weight balance methodology. The approach is evidence-informed, drawing from published research in food composition, macronutrient distribution, and active lifestyle nutrition.

Practice Timeline

01
2016 — Founding

Practice Established

Aledonir opened its first consultation suite at the current Strada Mihai Eminescu address. Initial focus: individual dietary assessment and 8-week weight balance programmes. First 40 client files archived in the first year of operation.

02
2018 — Expansion

Seasonal Methodology Introduced

Quarterly seasonal review cycles were added to the programme structure, aligning food planning with Romanian produce availability by season. Referencing local market data reduced reliance on imported ingredient substitutes.

03
2020 — Documentation

Archive System Formalised

Consultation records adopted a structured revision-code system. Each dietary plan now carries a dated archive entry, a revision number, and a change summary. This introduced longitudinal traceability across multi-year client relationships.

04
2022 — Sport Nutrition

Active Lifestyle Module Added

A dedicated active lifestyle module was incorporated, mapping macronutrient distribution across training and rest days for clients with regular sport commitments. Energy periodisation guidance documented for each activity load category.

05
2024 — Research Alignment

Published Research Integration

Ingredient profiles across all standard programmes were reviewed against current published nutritional literature. Recommendations now reference independently verified composition data, updated on a biannual basis.

06
2025–Present

Current Programme Range

The full programme range is now structured across five consultation categories: initial assessment, seasonal planning, active lifestyle integration, weight balance monitoring, and nutritional education. All five categories are documented under the same archive protocol.

What the Practice Stands For

Whole Foods First

Every dietary plan prioritises whole, minimally processed foods — vegetables, fruits, grains, and proteins sourced from seasonal and regional suppliers where possible. Food quality is evaluated before quantities are specified.

Documentation as Practice

Aledonir maintains a documented archive for every client programme. Revision codes, entry dates, and written review summaries form a traceable record that informs each subsequent consultation. The archive is the practice.

Balance, Not Extremes

No restriction-based programmes. Dietary guidance at Aledonir is structured around adequate nutritional variety, appropriate caloric distribution, and sustainable food habits — not elimination or extreme caloric reduction.
