What Happens After You Contact Us

Enquiry Received

Your message or call is logged and assigned a reference number. A response is sent within one working day confirming receipt and proposed session timing.

Pre-Session Intake Form

A brief dietary history form is shared by email prior to the first session. This covers current food habits, weekly routine, activity schedule, and specific objectives.

Initial Consultation

The first session runs for approximately 60 minutes. A full dietary assessment is conducted, documented, and filed. A provisional food plan outline is prepared before the session closes.

Written Plan Delivered

A written dietary plan is issued within three working days, complete with a revision code, macronutrient targets, food group distribution, and a seasonal produce reference for the current quarter.

Common Booking Questions

Yes. Sessions can be conducted in-studio at the Strada Mihai Eminescu address or via video call. The same intake and documentation process applies regardless of session format. Clients outside Bucharest are accommodated through remote sessions.

Complete the pre-session intake form sent by email. If possible, keep a brief food log for two to three days before the session. No specific preparation beyond that is required. The session covers everything needed to begin the assessment.

Sessions are conducted in Romanian or English, depending on preference. Written plans are issued in the same language as the session. All archived documentation is bilingual where requested.

Standard programmes run over 12 weeks with a structured review at week four and week eight. Seasonal plan updates are issued quarterly. Clients may extend or close their programme at any review point. The full client archive is retained regardless of programme length.

New client intake is open on a rolling basis. Session availability is confirmed at the time of enquiry. During high-demand periods, a brief waiting list may apply — typically no longer than two to three weeks. Early morning and late afternoon slots are most readily available.
